District and Sessions judge Hyderabad jobs 2025 have been recently announced through the newspaper daily Jang. Applications are invited from suitable and qualified candidates, both male and female, for recruitment to the following vacant positions in the Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, is currently seeking the services of experienced, motivated, and dedicated individuals for various positions such as Stenographer, Junior Clerk, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Lift Operator, and Mali, who possess relevant skills and experience in their respective fields.The quota for women, disabled/special persons, and minority communities will be implemented in accordance with the prescribed rules and policies. Female candidates will also be given an equal opportunity to participate. The 5% disability quota, as provided under Section 5 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, will be strictly observed.
Eligibility Criteria
For the above-mentioned positions, candidates must possess educational qualifications such as Intermediate, Matric, or Primary education along with relevant experience in the respective field. Age Limit & Relaxation
To be eligible for the jobs in the Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, the age of candidates for positions listed from Serial No. 01 to 02 should be between 21 and 25 years, while for all other posts, candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age.In the case of government employees who have rendered services for a period of at least three years in connection with the affairs of the Federal or Sindh Government, the upper age limit is fixed at 30 years.If overage candidates qualify for the test and interview and are selected for appointment based on their experience, qualifications, and skills, their individual cases will be submitted to the Honorable Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh, Karachi, for consideration and approval of relaxation in the upper age limit.

Application Procedure & General Conditions
- For positions from Serial No. 01 to 02, candidates are required to fill out the online job application form available at www.nts.org.pk and submit a challan slip of Rs. 800/-.
- For the position at Serial No. 03 (Bailiff), candidates must also fill out the online job application form and deposit a challan/slip of Rs. 500/-.
- The processing fee can be deposited into the designated account through 1Bill, 1Link, participating banks, ATMs, mobile banking, internet banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or TCS.
- Candidates applying for positions from Serial No. 01 to 03 must submit their applications online only. There is no need to send hard copies of the challan to NTS.
- For positions from Serial No. 04 to 09, candidates should submit their applications on the prescribed form along with attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, domicile, NOC (in case of government employees), and two passport-size photographs. The applications must be sent either by post or delivered by hand to the Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.
- Candidates applying for more than one position are required to submit separate applications for each post.
- Candidates who have previously submitted applications to this office for any of these jobs are advised to apply again.
- Disabled candidates are required to submit their CNIC issued by NADRA bearing the wheelchair logo along with a valid disability certificate.
- Candidates applying for positions from Serial No. 01 to 02 who secure at least 50% marks in the initial test will be called for a skill, typing, and shorthand test through the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of the District and Sessions Court, Hyderabad.
- For the position at Serial No. 03, candidates obtaining at least 40% marks in the initial test will be called for an interview.
- The dates of the written test results for candidates of Serial No. 01 to 03 will be announced by NTS on its official website.
- For positions from Serial No. 01 to 03, the list of successful candidates announced through NTS will be displayed on the notice board of the District and Sessions Court, Hyderabad, along with the dates for their skill, shorthand, typing tests, and interviews.
- For positions from Serial No. 04 to 09, the list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the District and Sessions Court, Hyderabad, by November 03, 2025, to invite objections, if any.
- The schedule for the test and interview will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this court. All candidates must provide their mobile/contact number and complete postal address for further correspondence.
- All candidates must bring their original educational documents, CNIC, PRC, and domicile certificate along with a copy of the application at the time of the interview.
