Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit & General Relaxation
The age criteria for the advertised positions have been set as follows.
For positions listed from Serial No. 01 to 07, the maximum age limit for candidates is 33 years, while for all other positions, the maximum age limit is 30 years. A general age relaxation of 5 years, as per Government rules, has already been included in these limits.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, the Buddhist community, tribal areas, Azad Kashmir, and the Northern Areas will be granted a general age relaxation of 3 years.
- Candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan will be granted a general age relaxation of 3 years for federal posts in BPS-15 and below.
- Retired or released officers and personnel of the Pakistan Armed Forces will be granted an age relaxation of 15 years, provided that their age does not exceed 45 years.
- Government servants and contract employees who have completed two years of continuous service will be granted an age relaxation of 10 years.
- Disabled candidates will be granted an age relaxation of 10 years for posts in BPS-15 and below.
- Widows, sons, or daughters of government employees who died during service will be granted a general age relaxation of 5 years.
Note: If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation under more than one category, they will be granted relaxation in only one category.

How to Apply & General instructions
- New applicants are required to submit their applications online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at https://njp.gov.pk
- Candidates who are currently working at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) Islamabad on a contract, temporary, or daily wage basis may submit their applications in hard form along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, experience certificate, CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs.
- Under the recruitment policy of the Establishment Division, candidates who have served in the institute on a contract, temporary, or daily wage basis will be awarded additional marks based on their work experience.
- The period of service of such candidates will not be counted towards the determination of the upper age limit. In addition, general age relaxation will be granted as per existing government rules and regulations.
- Selected candidates may be posted to perform their duties at any office under the administrative control of the institute.
- Candidates selected for the positions at Serial No. 8, 11, and 12 will be required to complete the mandatory NTB course within the first year after appointment.
- Recruitment for positions from BPS-01 to BPS-05 will generally be made on a local basis, as specified by the Establishment Division.
- The last date for submission of applications is November 28, 2025. All candidates are advised to ensure that their applications are complete in all respects and submitted before the closing date.
