Age Limit & Relaxation
- The minimum age limit for all positions is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 30 years.
- For ex-servicemen, the maximum age limit is set at 45 years.
- An additional relaxation of 03 years in the upper age limit will be applicable to candidates from rural Sindh, Balochistan, tribal areas, and Azad Kashmir.

- Qualification: Matriculation, six-month diploma in Computer Applications, and one year of experience in Storekeeping and Store Management from a recognized institution.
Application Procedure and General Instructions
- Interested candidates should submit their applications on plain paper, clearly mentioning their complete bio-data including name, father’s name, date of birth, educational qualifications, full address, contact number, and the name of the post applied for.
- Applicants must attach a postal order of Rs. 200/- along with three attested copies each of educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificates, and three recent passport-size photographs, and send them addressed to the Commandant, C.O.D Rawalpindi.
- After initial scrutiny, suitable and eligible candidates will be called for the test/interview, and no allowances of any kind will be paid in this regard.
- Interested individuals must bring their original educational certificates, computerized national identity card, and domicile on the day of the test/interview.
- Upon selection, candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan. Government employees should send their applications through the proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
