Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the above-mentioned jobs, candidates must possess qualifications such as BSc, MSc, DAE, or a relevant field diploma.The upper age limit for all positions has been set between 18 and 30 years for civilian candidates. Age Limit & General Relaxation
The age limit for civilian candidates applying for the advertised posts is set between 18 and 30 years for all positions. However, candidates belonging to certain specific areas and retired army personnel are eligible for age relaxation as detailed below.
- Candidates belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA, Azad Kashmir, Sindh (Rural), Scheduled Castes, and Balochistan will be granted an upper age relaxation of 03 years.
- Ex-servicemen will be given an age relaxation of up to 15 years; however, their age must not exceed 45 years.

Application Procedure &General Conditions
- Candidates should submit their applications on the prescribed form, attaching attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile certificate, and one recent passport-size photograph.
- Candidates must attach a postal order of Rs. 300/- in the name of SRO, GS & C Record Cell, OS Directorate, GHQ along with the application form.
- If a candidate meets the eligibility criteria for more than one post and wishes to apply, they must submit a separate application for each post.
- Shortlisted and eligible candidates will be called for a written test and interview. The test and interview will be conducted in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.
- At the time of the test and interview, candidates must present their original educational documents, CNIC, domicile certificate, and photocopies of the required documents.
- Selected candidates will be required to perform their duties anywhere in Pakistan. They may be posted to any location as per the department’s requirements.
- After completing the application in all respects, candidates should send it to the Senior Record Officer, GS & C Record Cell – OS Directorate, GHQ Rawalpindi. The application must be received no later than November 29, 2025.
