Age Limit & Relaxation
The upper age limit for the above-mentioned positions varies and is clearly specified against each post in the advertisement below. In general, the maximum age limit is set between 35 to 50 years.However, a general relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit has already been included. Further relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted in accordance with government rules.

- After successfully completing the online application process, applicants must deposit a processing fee of Rs. 600/- via 1 Link services, Mobile Banking App, or Mobile Wallet at the following link: https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
- All applicants will be required to take a test, which will be conducted at the nearest location of the candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar). All applications will be processed on the basis of the information/data provided by the candidates in their online profile.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan to perform their duties.
- The Higher Education Commission (HEC) reserves the right to reject the application of any candidate or to cancel all applications without assigning any reason.
