Age Limit & Relaxation
- The upper age limit for candidates belonging to Balochistan and rural areas of Sindh has been set at 33 years.
- For retired personnel of the Armed Forces, the maximum age limit is 45 years.
- For other provinces, the upper age limit is fixed at 30 years.
- General age relaxation will be applied in accordance with prevailing government rules and regulations.

Application Procedure & General Conditions
- Candidates must submit their applications along with two attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs addressed to the Commandant, Ordnance Depot Quetta Cantt.
- Applicants applying for posts with Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 05 and above are required to attach a non-refundable postal order of Rs. 300/- in favor of the Commandant, Ordnance Depot Quetta Cantt along with their application.
- Candidates must clearly mention the postal order number and date on the application. Applications without a postal order or with an uncashed postal order from the post office will be rejected. Moreover, the postal order should not be older than three months.
- Applicants must clearly mention their complete address and phone number in the application so they can be contacted. In case of an unreachable phone number or incorrect address, the entire responsibility will rest on the candidate.
- A candidate is eligible to apply for only one position at a time. Applications submitted for more than one post will result in the rejection of all applications by that candidate.
- Temporary employees of the depot who are already serving will be given preference, provided they meet the eligibility criteria specified by the department.
- Candidates applying for posts in Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 01 to 02 will be recruited on a temporary basis.
- All candidates must pass the departmental test. Only successful candidates will be called for the test and interview, and no allowances of any kind will be paid in this regard.
