Application Procedure and General Instructions
- Candidates should send the application form along with certified copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, domicile, and CNIC, a detailed CV, and 2 passport-size photographs to the office of Director (HRM), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi, via courier service.
- Candidates who wish to apply for more than one position should send separate applications for each post in individual envelopes, clearly mentioning the name of the position on each envelope.
- Appointments on a contract basis are extendable, provided the performance is satisfactory. The appointee will have no right to permanent appointment to the respective position.
- Only shortlisted, eligible, and suitable candidates will be called for a test/interview, and no allowance of any kind will be provided for this purpose.
- The Authority reserves the full right to cancel the recruitment process partially or entirely. Furthermore, applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
- The last date for submission of applications is 10 November 2025. All candidates are instructed to ensure that their applications reach before the deadline.
